The hotel is in a GREAT location, right on the beach and by the shops. The staff was accommodating to all my requests. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus when the beach is too rough!!!
The air conditioning had a mind of its own. It would turn itself back on even after turning it off. The bathroom was in original condition and really needs a reno. I could not open the curtains as privacy was immediately invaded by street view.

The location was fabulous opposite the beach. It was so close to restaurants and bars. the staff was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. i found great spaces to relax.
i found that food was terrible. we had calamari, and it was chewy without much taste. the hotel room itself felt soulless, probably the worst i have stayed in at a 5 star hotel.

I was disappointed by a few things. the bathroom had MOLD and dirt. It did not seem clean. Also , the lights were arranged strangely. I could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on ALL the lights in the main room.
The room had good natural light. Breakfast included fresh fruit. The rooftop pool offered great views. I found the location very convenient with easy access to the beach.
Hot water took a long time to warm up.

Mediocre stay. Some issues noticed
poor servicemissing bathrobe
The service was not what i expected for the price i paid. I encountered several problems. i had to ask multiple times to get the complimentary water bottles delivered to my room each day. also, the second day, i had to request a bathrobe and floor towels because the old ones had been taken away but not replaced! 'the hotel promises luxury and relaxation, but it falls short. I felt the price was too high for what was offered
