spacious room nice parlour close proximity
the room was spacious. the parlour was a nice place for breakfast. it was close to shopping and the train.
the gym is actually a pass to a nearby fitness first.

central location nearby tram nice design
the location is very central. a tram stop is nearby, a few meters from the hotel. the hotel design has a nice look. i found everything easily accessible.
the hotel has two lifts to get down to the ground floor and a small flight of stairs. this could be difficult with bags.

the staff was helpful and accommodating to my needs. i received a room upgrade. the extra space accommodated my needs (thanks to the friendly staff!).

spacious room excellent food convenient location missing plug missing robe unresolved issue
I found the room spacious with everything I needed. The location offers easy access to many things within walking distance. The onsite food and facilities proved excellent.
I booked a larger room with a bathtub. I went to use it at 8:00 AM and there was no plug. There was no possibility of providing one either. I also found only one robe present.

qt king room free tea dyson hair dryer
i stayed in a qt king room. the location allowed easy access to a nearby tram. the room featured t2 tea and nespresso coffee for free. i also appreciated the dyson hair dryer (a nice touch!).

underwhelming stay with several issues
faulty phone system broken button
the central location was certainly convenient for getting around.
the room had several issues. the phone system was faulty, so ordering anything or contacting the front desk required multiple trips downstairs. also, the toilet's half-flush button didn't work, a pretty basic function i expected to work.

the room was a qt king room. it was large and spacious with a good bathtub for relaxation. the location proved ideal for shopping and visiting the nsw art gallery. i found the staff to be great.
my room was unclean (i noticed a fine layer of dust on everything). the carpets didn't seem properly vacuumed. the king room contained two twin beds zipped together.
