comfortable pillows modern lighting
The pillows in my room were comfortable (i really liked them!). The lighting system was modern and needed time to learn. I received a complimentary fruit platter and sparkling water due to a special occasion.
The gym lacked a bench for dumbbell exercises and one of the bikes was out of service.

Wonderful Experience!
quick assistance wonderful room fresh fruit
I really liked the quick assistance from the staff and their consideration. They turned off the vacuum cleaner as I walked past! The rooms are wonderful. I also appreciated the fresh complimentary fruit at the pool. Water was also provided while I waited to check in. It set the standard of service.

Great Hotel Experience
modern design electric curtains really good comfort
The room's modern design included great timber joinery. This timber joinery incorporated the robes. I found the electric curtains very useful. The lighting panel provided good options. I received a complimentary wine bottle as a birthday treat, which i really appreciated. The king bed offered really good comfort for restful sleep.
The gym had two treadmills and two bikes. One bike was out of order. There was a dumbbell rack but no bench for use. This made it harder to do some workouts effectively.

The breakfast buffet featured many choices (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). The restaurant offered a wide selection of meals. I was completely satisfied with the options available .

i found the subtle details elevated the experience from good to really good. The service was attentive, and it definitely. I noticed thoughtful extras such as slippers and high-quality bath salts.
the wi-fi SIGNAL was a bit weak at times.

the hotel is near many dining options and darling harbour. A coles supermarket is also conveniently located across the road from the hotel, i noticed. Access to amenities and supplies is therefore very easy.

a comfortable stay
clean room convenient location
i found the room spacious and very clean. the location proved convenient with easy access to darling harbor and the train station. a grocery store nearby was also a bonus. the staff was always quick to assist.
I experienced some noise in the room. adjusting the temperature was difficult. It frequently reverted to cold. this made for some discomfort.

The jewel suite had a beautiful design. it had super clean surfaces and a lovely view of the harbor. the rainfall shower was definitely enjoyable after a long day. I also appreciated the spacious layout.

the pool area offered a chilled vibe with friendly staff. i received fresh complimentary fruit by the pool. i found the service of water while waiting to check in excellent. the breakfast buffet is in a separate part of the building.

first class service front office great value long response unavailable room unacknowledged birthday
The service was first class from the front office team. i found the package offered to be great value. the rooms are amazing. I loved the decor and how clean everything was.
by then, the room i wanted had sold out. This was really frustrating. at check-in, my birthday wasn't even acknowledged, and no upgrade was offered, even though my desired room still showed as available.

Excellent Service and Super clean Rooms
helpful support bedding quality
The staff provided beyond helpful support. The bedding quality seemed superb with feather down doonas and pillows. I felt as if I was sleeping in my own bed. Most hotels use polyester bedding. The location was convenient for many sites, including a short walk to CBD.
The gym included a dumbbell rack. it lacked a bench to use them on.
