stylish comfort, great location!

i appreciated the modern art and decor. the gym featured current equipment and cool wooden weights. the lounge area was nice, and the restaurant was appealing. my room had nice sitting areas with a table. i liked having a desk to use. there were areas to lay out suitcases comfortably.

the large tv was positioned well for viewing from the bed , which was great for watching the tennis. my second floor room featured a relaxing view of a large tree just outside. the location was convenient , a short walk to the central city shopping area.
the room was fine , but i noticed there weren't power points near the desk for plugging in my laptop.

the staff was respectful and attentive , especially the waitresses at the café , who provided excellent assistance. customer service was great , with helpful staff during check-in and rebooking processes.

the hotel features a gym , easily accessible wanting to maintain their fitness routine. modern and roomy , the hotel has full wall windows , offering a spacious feel. it is conveniently close to free trams and southern cross station.

Groovy style, convenient location!!!

I LOVED the hotel's style upon entering. The bedrooms were also fantastic with comfy beds and big showers. The fit-out of the room, with its photos, prints, block-out curtains, and light fittings, really tied everything together. The public transport access was super convenient, with several main roads nearby, yet it felt quiet and private.
I noticed that the reverberations from trams traveling along Spencer Street could be felt throughout the building. They even ran through the night.

Rooms are modern and roomy. A full wall window exists, so one forgets the claustrophobia that often comes with hotel rooms. A double shower is available too. Maybe it will catch on.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and approachable. The front desk staff are excellent. Check-in was easy. there was plenty of space in the room I booked for all luggage.

the rooms was nice sized an loved that there were areas to layout suitcases.
they took a $50 deposit when i checked in and i still haven't been reimbursed after months. when you ring the international line to complain, you get nowhere. i'll never stay here again.

check-in was quick the reception staff was super friendly i loved the onsite restaurant bistrot bisou i will say the location is really good close to transport and dining options. the room was very clean it was also nice and quiet friendly staff too access to trams and shops was easy from here the convention center was walking distance. the breakfast had a very good selection the staff were really nice and attentive the location was perfect for the convention center and restaurants the king size bed was very comfy.
