i was grateful for the hotel's location, it was convenient to nearby attractions. the lush patio and garden area with a pool provided a relaxing atmosphere. complimentary beach towels and an umbrella were very useful. free coffee and water available in the lobby was a nice touch.

adequate stay, some issues noted

lack of washbasin inconvenient design

i found some issues with the room setup. there was no washbasin in the bathroom itself. to wash my hands after using the toilet, i had to step out and use the sink in the kitchen area. there were no towel hangers near the sink adding to the inconvenience. i consider this a very uncomfortable design.

a bright stay!

superb location really good service super clean room

The location was superb, just across from the bus stop and free trolley. several restaurants and a supermarket were really close by. alan, the front desk receptionist, provided really good service, always going the extra mile to help. He's an asset! the room was super clean, and i found the shower very nice. A safe was included, too.

the pool area lacked sun for the most part of the day.

i loved that the beach was only a few minutes away. the free trolley to south beach was a huge plus. the staff was friendly and helpful when i needed something. the pool area had a good ambiance with plenty of seating options.

the elevator seemed pretty old.

It was just a short walk. the front desk team was always helpful. i found the infused water dispenser refreshing after a day in the sun. the complimentary morning coffee was also a nice touch. the room was spacious and very clean. i especially appreciated the full-sized refrigerator and the balcony.
