dark room subpar cleaning

The room i booked online did not resemble the actual room i received. it had a very small window, made the room dark and uninviting. the reception staff were not helpful. They did not offer to change my room even though other rooms were available. also, the daily cleaning was not up to par. the bed was not made properly and i am not sure if the towels were always replaced with fresh ones.

My room featured both a safe and a fridge, amenities I consider very useful. Daily room cleaning was performed to an excellent standard, I noticed. As a solo female traveler, I felt notably safe . I also found the staff were friendly.

The absence of a continental breakfast was a minor disappointment.

Staff members were attentive and eager to assist with directions and local recommendations, i was grateful. Housekeeping provided consistent service, the room was well-kept and comfortable throughout my stay. The front desk efficiently handled check-in and check-out procedures.

convenient stay near the beach

my room included a small fridge and a safe that worked well. a large tv with many channels was available. there was also a hairdryer in the bathroom and the room was cleaned daily. the hotel location meant i could easily walk to nearby stores.

the walls felt rather thin, i could sometimes hear conversations from the next room.
