i loved the great location of the resort. the staff was amazing and always ready to help. the drinks were AMAZING!!! the swimming pool was always clean and inviting, i spent countless hours there. i felt so pampered and relaxed , it was a dream come true.

When i arrived in the lobby, i noticed a small area where the roof was dripping a bit. The floor was slightly slippery there.

the premium service was excellent, especially the butler service. our butler was helpful with restaurant bookings. the location was great, with extensive beach access. the room was spacious and included amenities like a stocked mini-bar, dual shower, and balcony.

mixed feelings about the stay

atrocious serviceuseless butler

the italian restaurant was a huge disappointment , it offered terrible service and cold food , i had to ask multiple times just to get a spoon for my soup. the premier gold package is overpriced , it does not provide noticeable advantages, and the butler service was basically useless. the staff seemed dishonest , and i felt they only cared about taking your money and then ignored you.
