fantastic family vacation
amazing kids clubfriendly staffheated poolsclean beach
the hotel had an amazing kids club, my child was always excited for the daily activities. the girls at the kids club were very friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the multiple pools that were open and heated. the beach was clean with available sun loungers at any time of day.
i noticed the sand could be cleaner, as there were some cigarettes scattered around.

the breakfast, lunch and dinner options were great, with a wide variety of choices. all staff members were very friendly and accommodating (the food was generally well-prepared and fresh). there were many seasonal fruits available too.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. alper s and leyla were particularly helpful . the animation team kept everyone entertained. They ensured no one was bored with their activities.

The room was cleaned daily and smelled fresh, the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. the mini fridge was stocked daily with beer, water, and juices. the room was a comfortable size. I slept very well .

poor check-inlacking housekeeping
the check-in process was quite poor. i arrived early in the morning and was told my room wasn't ready (i was given a temporary room). the air conditioning in the temporary room didn't work. also housekeeping was not good. each day something was not done and it became a guessing game of what was missed when returning. there was not a single occasion where i returned to a fully.

the hotel had plenty of seasonal fruits at every meal.
I found the room i was initially given unacceptable. it had an unpleasant odor. It smelled like vomit. it made staying there impossible, even briefly. staff did eventually arrange better rooms, though they still did not meet the standard i paid for. also, not many staff members spoke english. many spoke german.
