Excellent Stay with Poolside Fun
poolside basketball organized fun new friends
I really enjoyed the poolside basketball game. Sandro organized the fun and kept everyone engaged. The kids had a great time splashing and laughing, and they made some new friends.
The elevators seemed very small.

attentive service pleasant environment faulty outlets substandard products
jonathan gave great service. he was very attentive and helped us when we spilled our drinks. the environment felt pleasant and well taken care of.. i saw no trash.
the beds felt short. the outlets mostly did not work so i had to hold my charger at an angle. the bathroom products felt substandard, especially the conditioner, it stripped all oils from my hair.

amazing family fun!
family feud clear directions quality time sand toys
sandro made our family feud game by the pool so fun! he gave clear directions. even though my family lost the game, we had a great time answering questions and bonding. this was really a great way to spend quality time together! the hotel provides sand toys at the beach. there is ping pong available and a giant connect four game.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud in the room, i must say.

edgar was attentive and constantly checked to ensure we had everything we needed. he made sure we had enough towels. jude also helped with the service. it was awesome!

the rooms were very clean and the beds provided were very comfy! the hotel offered a hairdryer upon request. the room had plenty of space. it was really awesome!

wine tasting occurred in the lobby during the evening, i noticed. coffee was available in the morning, a really nice touch. the hotel provides a bar and restaurant in the lobby with excellent food options.

the hotel sits directly on the beach and is located in a very central spot! lincoln road is a short 15 minute walk. this area provides many restaurants of all kinds.
