The air conditioning remote barely worked. I had to get close to the unit and wait for a beep. then i returned late on the second night, and my room card was useless. reception told me they had cancelled it. The staff member wasn't empathetic at all, though they did let me in.

my room was quiet. the bed was comfortable and i had a good shower. the location was excellent for my event. it was a short walk to public transport and there was plenty of room for an uber to drop me off later.

the room was small and it needs some work. i heard neighbors and people in the halls. it was decent though not quite a four star experience.
