The hotel is situated in the vibrant Little Italy, which is a great spot for dining and nightlife. While the rooms are small and reasonably clean, the subpar service and various maintenance issues were quite disappointing. The breakfast situation needs clarification as it wasn't made obvious upon check-in. Overall, the experience felt overpriced for what was provided.
