I had two very different experiences during my stays here. The first time was decent with clean rooms and friendly staff, making it a comfortable visit, though I had to deal with a broken elevator. On my second visit, I encountered serious issues with the room cleanliness and service, making it a disappointing stay overall. The location is fantastic, but the hotel could really use some improvements.
