I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in early, the room was not pleasant at all due to the heavy smell of smoke. The pool area was clean, but the surroundings were cluttered with trash. Overall, the hotel was lacking in cleanliness and maintenance, which overshadowed some of the positive aspects.

My room was supposed to be smoke-free, but it had a persistent smoky smell that made it uncomfortable. The laminate floor was an odd choice, but I guess it was to help with the odor.

The front desk staff was friendly and worked hard to get our rooms together, even allowing for an early check-in. Unfortunately, that was one of the few bright spots.
