the hotel has direct beach access this made it very convenient the food was tasty too i really enjoyed the cosy room. the room was spacious which was a definite plus for my stay. the snorkeling was included and i saw lots of marine life this made the all-inclusive package worth it.

the gym could use some new equipment but it was still functional

The reception staff did not seem very polite. The service seemed poor.

The room was a good size for our family. our privilege room offered views of the pool and sea from a generous balcony (it really added to the experience). i especially liked the quick access to the airport. i appreciated the free snorkeling trip. It was amazing.

the evening entertainment was sometimes loud, but it stopped at a reasonable hour.
