attentive staff perfect weather enhanced experience small area tight loungers chaotic atmosphere
dayne, lucas b, and eswind were attentive during my beach day. they wanted to ensure i had the best experience. the weather and water were perfect, their care enhanced my day!
the pool area is surprisingly small. sun loungers are packed together tightly. this felt chaotic, it was not relaxing at all

fresh empanadas easy access live music
The hotel provided complimentary empanadas and white sangria upon arrival. That was such a nice touch. aurora at check-in gave us the best first impression. access to the beach was easy. plus, the workers were ready to set us up comfortably with chairs. pool vibes were energetic even with children playing because of live music.
I found the elevators packed and stopping every few floors. It felt a bit inconvenient.

the pool bartender, shane, was friendly and warm. randy, the pool and beach server, was excellent. jeanluc, the pool manager, was excellent as well.
the floors and rooms were just filthy dirty. i saw trash all over the hallways

Excellent Stay at a Beachside Hotel
attentive service helpful requests ocean views
I received attentive service throughout my stay. Beachside service was particularly very nice. Miguel addressed all requests helpfully. Chairs were provided complimentary. The umbrella rental cost $30 for the entire day.
The paid Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable. It frequently disconnected during use.

The room was a good size. The hotel provided a complimentary supply of mini water bottles each night. We needed a pack and play and the staff had it ready upon arrival.

The hotel included breakfast, and the quality was really good. The hotel easily accommodated gluten-free dietary needs. There were many available choices. I appreciated the pool bar. Its staff were particularly funny and helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel offers direct access to the beach. Everything is close and easily accessible. One can easily walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and markets or use a bike.
