location is excellent. i find the staff helpful. there is always someone available at the front desk. breakfast is delicious with many choices.

my room overlooked a less than ideal view. the balcony was small. limited storage space did cause some inconvenience.

The staff was very attentive and always asked if I needed anything, including tea, coffee , or water. Breakfast offered a good variety of options , which I appreciated. The hotel decoration was beautiful . The location was great , just a short walk to the center.

One day I noticed a slight stain on the duvet cover.

the hotel staff were super friendly. The breakfast was delicious and it had a nice variety. The hotel location is great for accessing main areas. I had convenient parking. The room was clean and it featured every amenity. I seemed like they REALLY were pretty good.

the building work opposite was VERY noisy.

The hotel staff was helpful. They prepared a sandwich for me since I was leaving early for a tour and missed breakfast. The location is convenient. It is right next to everything. Free parking is available too.

The hotel had issues with reservations. I found this frustrating.
