The room was spacious. Coffee and tea facilities were available. The bed was comfortable and an iron was in the room (very practical). The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The heated spa jets lacked power, so I did not find them relaxing. The pool seemed too shallow. It looked designed for children. I was not impressed with the spa jets.

I found the pool and bar area quite enjoyable throughout the day. The breakfast buffet offered a good start. There were more options than just cereal, toast, and eggs with bacon. I also appreciated the blackout curtains in my room (perfect for sleeping in!).
The rooms were not serviced daily and fresh towels were not always readily available at reception.

My room was spacious with tea and coffee facilities. It even included an iron. The bed was very comfortable, and I also liked that the room had been newly renovated. The room was perfect and spacious with a fridge and kettle.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Overseas staff offered really good service. They really stood out. They took care of my bags when I arrived early and let me use all hotel facilities.
