the rooms were clean, so i can't really complain about that.
The food was definitely not amazing. It was repetitive and not particularly tasty. also, the staff weren't always friendly. One lifeguard spent more time on his phone than watching the pool, i noticed. it was quite annoying.

The hotel featured clean rooms and a cute atmosphere. The staff were attentive, helpful, and consistently provided excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the diverse food options available at the restaurant. The animation team was engaging and offered many activities for all ages.
The beach bar was located a significant distance from the main pool area. I found it inconvenient to walk so far for drinks.

the staff are great they always helped me the customer service was great too the bar staff with nabil were excellent and the entertainment team with mustapha were very good. the restaurant had different types of meals every day i really liked the variety of food. the beach was gorgeous and not far from a main supermarket. the housekeeping was excellent too i really liked my clean room.
the lobby seemed dated and that was not a good first impression

a romantic getaway

the reception staff greeted us so lovely. check-in was simple after our exhausting trip. our room had a good view, it was very clean. the balcony gave us such calm. the shower felt nice, and the fridge kept our water cool. the english movie channels at night were a treat. the tui rep booked our excursions at a very reasonable price. the dining experience had table service. the waiter brought us drinks. the bars offered good service. salah and brahim made sure we wanted for nothing. the entertainment team put on such a good show each night. louis shared his knowledge of the local area. we feel lucky. the rooms are cleaned daily. our cleaner kept everything very nice. we are thankful for this. there was a plate of fruit waiting for us upon arrival. there are plenty of pools on the hotel to swim. the beach is a short walk with plenty of room to lounge. customer service was great. the staff helped us book trips. they got us an extension lead for the limited plug sockets. siloh ensured we had drinks each night. the evening lonny bar team made us enjoyed shows and music.
i wanted to mention, the gym air conditioning system was a little slow on certain days. it was a minor inconvenience.

I enjoyed the beautiful weather . The restaurant staff were cheerful! and the food was palatable. There are many steps and walkways at the hotel, so guests with mobility issues should request rooms close to amenities. The beach access was very convenient! though the parking was expensive.
I found that the adult entertainment events started a bit late. Quality was poor, and I struggled to hear because of low microphone levels. Advertised events lacked detail.

I found the food selection to be pretty good and varied. There were options to suit different tastes, and the quality seemed consistent. The staff worked hard to keep the buffet areas clean and well-stocked, which I appreciated.
