I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is nice with a beautiful view of the Bay, but there were definitely some issues with the room and breakfast service. On the positive side, I received excellent help from the security staff when I left my valuables behind, which saved me a lot of stress. However, I won’t be returning due to the condition of the room and the lack of attention to detail with the breakfast orders.

The room had a beautiful view, but could use some improvements as it had a lipstick smudge on the light switch and felt like it wasn't properly cleaned.

The service from the security staff was outstanding - they went out of their way to ensure I got my items back after checkout. However, the breakfast service was very disappointing with incorrect and incomplete orders.

Location was convenient for reaching the cruise port, which was good for my plans. The taxi costs added up though, making it feel less economical.

The breakfast experience was frustrating. It was delivered wrong multiple times, and the food came cold. I expected better from the dining service.
