I had a wonderful experience at the Moana Surfrider, where the beachfront access and beautiful views were truly highlights. The staff at the poolside towel desk were exceptional, making our time there even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter some issues with customer service when trying to make room requests, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for beach access and friendly service at the pool, but the reservation process could use some improvement.

I loved our room with an ocean view; waking up to the sound of waves was amazing. However, we faced some noise issues from events happening nearby.
Service
6.0
While I had fantastic service from the pool staff, I did experience a lack of warmth and helpfulness during my interactions with the reservations team.
Location
10.0
The location is unbeatable, right on Waikiki Beach and in the center of all the action, making it convenient for everything.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the beach bar was enjoyable with great drinks, but I found the menu a bit overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities

The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere with great access to the beach and pools, though I noticed the bar area was under construction during our stay.
