hot water loose toilet seat

i found a couple things disappointing . the promised hot water never materialized even after i asked about it. the staff offered a shower in another room but a solution for my room was not offered. the toilet seat was also loose it needed some attention

The location was very close to the beach, about 50 meters. Air-conditioning worked well.

My room was right next to the highway. Sleeping was difficult because of the loud road noise, especially horns and engines (it was horrible). I complained and asked to be moved, but the owner just laughed. He was not interested in helping at all.
