the staff was really helpful. Cleaning happened every day. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The hotel location is close to the bus stop, i found it useful to explore the area.

the room did not have great wifi. it was pretty slow at times. this made planning my trips for the next day a bit difficult. i hope they can improve it.

the air conditioning barely worked, and i reported it THREE times during my four-night stay. it worked only ONCE. also, the pool water was TOO cold. i also found that staff wasn't as friendly as i hoped, and it was like there was a difference in how guests were treated.

The pool was cold. The owner seemed to treat guests from some countries better than others. I had put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, yet my room was cleaned when I did not want it to be.
