lovely stay

helpful staff daily cleaning breakfast food

the staff was really helpful. Cleaning happened every day. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The hotel location is close to the bus stop, i found it useful to explore the area.

the room did not have great wifi. it was pretty slow at times. this made planning my trips for the next day a bit difficult. i hope they can improve it.

uneven experience, some issues noted

faulty air conditioning cold pool

the air conditioning barely worked, and i reported it THREE times during my four-night stay. it worked only ONCE. also, the pool water was TOO cold. i also found that staff wasn't as friendly as i hoped, and it reminded me of there was a difference in how guests were treated.

The room was spotlessly clean with excellent fixtures. Breakfast had tasty food replenished regularly.

The pool was cold. The owner seemed to treat guests from some countries better than others. I had put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, yet my room was cleaned when I did not want it to be.

the staff were friendly , and they provided beach towels. the breakfast had good variety. the location was near the beach and bus stops.

the room had an outdated style with old equipment , and i was not informed about it beforehand. the bathroom had an old sink and a small shower with a plastic curtain. it was not a nice experience.

i stay four nights. the rooms were super clean with good fixture. the breakfast always has tasty food and it is replenished often. the staff was courteous and friendly and very helpful. alexander.

the internet was no good in our room. it was very slow in the lobby also.
