helpful staff great location lovely decor good breakfast
The staff provided helpful tips for sightseeing and the location made it easy to explore. The hotel had lovely decor, and my room were beautiful. Breakfast provided a good start to each day.
The elevators sometimes took a while, I did have to wait a few minutes during peak hours.

Andrea and Salvador were really good hosts. Staff are amazing and very helpful. I got provided good suggestions for local experiences. I also got help to make a restaurant reservation.

The hotel benefits from a perfect location, I was able to visit lot of place near the hotel. The main shopping street is right outside. I found it very convenient to access all main monuments from here.

Breakfast includes several extra dishes and everything felt very fresh. Godis was available in reception. The hotel provide a breakfast bag, it was a nice touch as my flight departed early.

friendly staff comfortable rooms excellent choices
The online registration offered a choice of available rooms. This added a personal touch. the staff was friendly, providing disposable toiletries like toothbrushes and makeup pads. the hotel and room design were nice. breakfast offered excellent choices and the staff were cute. we loved our stay. The hotel has comfortable rooms and classy décor throughout.
The room we chose, a superior, felt very small. Housekeeping could have been more attentive, as the devil is always in the detail.

The room included adjustable air conditioning and was spacious. there were chocolates in the foyer. always tempting. the room design was stylish and felt cozy. It turned out to be very comfortable.

The staff at the bar were great. They are always glad to help. the front desk receptionists were very pleasant. nothing was too much trouble for them, they provide a map of the city. Marking various locations of interest.

convenient location helpful staff clean room
I found the location convenient for exploring the city center. The hotel provided easy access to key attractions. The staff offered helpful recommendations for local dining and sightseeing.. their insights were invaluable. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It had everything I needed.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic! it was easy to walk to many places. the breakfast was also very good and had lots of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries.

comfortable bed immaculate bathroom chocolate treats tiny window breakfast order room service
the room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. i also found the bathroom immaculate. they left cookies and chocolate treats, a nice touch (i love chocolate!).
the room i got had a tiny attic window, unlike other floors with small balconies. i think for the price, a balcony should have been included. on day 2, they forgot the breakfast order form for room service, so i had to use the buffet downstairs, a bit annoying.
