the mineral pools seemed a dream, warm and inviting after a day of travel. the staff greeted us with smiles. our room included a cozy fireplace that added such warmth to the evenings. i found solace in the quiet corners of the hotel, surrounded by such beauty.

the outdoor pool features comfortable loungers and a clear ocean view. the gym included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. i could find mineral pools available for relaxation, open to guests throughout the day and evening.

the concierge assisted with directions and local recommendations very well. housekeeping ensured our room was super clean each day. the front desk staff were available twenty-four hours a day and always greeted us with a smile, it was nice.

The king size room with ocean view featured a bathroom with double sinks, a shower, a bath AND a separate toilet suite. The mineral pools felt amazing and the spa treatments exceeded my expectations! Staff were friendly and i felt very well looked after here. I wish i stayed longer.
I wanted to stay longer! The wait times for food were a drawback, but i had too much fun for that to matter.

The concierge staff offered friendly help with luggage, while the bartenders provided good conversation and entertainment (especially Simon!). Alejandra by the pool worked hard, ensuring guests felt valued despite being very busy.

I enjoyed heated mineral pools with waterfront views, and hot tubs on the plaza. Plus, the bathroom had heated floors, a nice touch! The hotel itself is fine, offering beautiful views and awesome amenities.

i discovered perfect standards at this beautiful hotel. the outdoor pool area had a fabulous ocean view, it was really warm. i found the staff hospitable and very well trained. the way they helped guests was really special!
The hotel didn't mention the limited hours for the electric vehicle charging. I would have appreciated knowing about that beforehand.
