My experience at the resort was quite disappointing overall. The condition of the rooms was outdated, with issues like leaks and bad smells, which made staying there uncomfortable. While the staff at the restaurant were attentive, the overall service lacked in certain areas, especially for non-Spanish speakers. The dining options were quite limiting for vegetarians, and the amenities could use improvements, especially with noise levels. Overall, not the best value for money.
