The location is close to a ferry. Rooms were clean upon arrival. Pools provided many options for swimming.

Charming Stay at Palm Paradise
excellent dishes japanese restaurant
The hotel provided really good shows like a Michael Jackson tribute. I appreciated the delicious food at Los Agaves and Cocoa restaurants (the food was really awesome). I especially enjoyed the all-you-can-eat breaded shrimp at the Japanese restaurant Akeru. The staff provided very good service.
I was unable to secure reservations for most nights of my stay. The restaurants seemed fully booked almost immediately. Sun beds on the beach were limited and often occupied early with belongings, even when unused.

The hotel features a well-kept beach near the hotel. Guests can readily access the shoreline. Multiple pools offer a refreshing escape, with ample space for relaxation and recreation. A convenient coffee shop provides flavorful coffees and ice cream.

great experience at the resort
amazing staff warm welcome positive attitude
i found the staff to be amazing. they went out of their way to. i noticed this positive attitude applied to all the staff from the beach bar to reception and the serving staff. the beach bar definitely needs more bartenders.

the room included a large bed. a refrigerator with drinks also featured. the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

the buffet had a large selection of well prepared dishes to choose. the soups were excellent. the variety of sushi was surprisingly good, providing many choices for everyone. i appreciate the culinary diversity.
