I appreciated its central location near public transport (easy access to everything!). the staff was kind and helpful. i also found a nice restaurant downstairs. The breakfast there was good.
the instructions to get in were only in spanish. this made check-in difficult (especially after a long journey). english instructions would be beneficial.

the personnel displayed amazing service close to the entrance. i strongly recommend that the personal is amazing and on top of their shift to better assist guests with issues, questions, or concerns.

the location was quite central. it was close to many points of interest and public transport. the restaurant downstairs offered a convenient breakfast option, and i found the staff there friendly. the room had a balcony overlooking the square.
i had difficulty opening the door to the room upon arrival. it seemed swollen from moisture and required considerable force. the corridor and shared bathrooms weren't always clean. i noticed cigarette butts on the balcony with dust layers, indicating a lack of regular cleaning.

I had such an amazing experience thanks to its super central location. It was so easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife! The room was very clean upon arrival and included everything needed for my short stay. The nearby bus stop.

i appreciated the perfect location , because everything i needed was within walking distance. i found a bus stop just a short walk away , it provided direct access to the airport. the restaurant adjacent to the entrance offered a good breakfast , and the staff were very accommodating.
the air conditioner did not have a remote in my room , so i could not adjust the temperature. this made the room slightly uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day , and i had difficulty finding someone to assist with this issue.
