Our room was upgraded I think! We were wanting to return soon because the gardens are beautiful. The pools were so clean. The beaches seemed pristine!

I would say the pillows were HARD.

i found the room spacious and clean. daily cleaning was thorough. the views from the balcony were beautiful. i liked the fresh food stations at every meal.

the drink options included some beverages that tasted quite artificial. this was noticeable at the bars.

Our second stay proved this hotel gives true care. Staff were helpful. The grounds were lovely. We received an unexpected room upgrade. This included a large terrace perfect for enjoying the views.

The food offered little for those with specialty needs.
