I had a wonderful stay at the Pinnacle. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the hectic check-in process during a busy prom night feel easy. The room was clean and spacious, providing a great space to relax before our cruise. While the restaurant offered delicious food, the hotel might have been a bit full due to events, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and welcoming atmosphere.
