cozy beachfront stay
full kitchen comfortable bed water jug
the room included a kitchen with a microwave. utensils were provided in the kitchen. i liked the large water jug. the bed was comfortable. i slept well in it.
the beach cannot be used. many boats are anchored there, so no one can swim. there is no way to walk to another beach. two abandoned buildings block the way.

the location was close to the ferry to cozumel. it was within walking distance to many restaurants. i found it easy to access nearby attractions. the proximity to the sea was very convenient.

The location allows easy access to the beach. The room was clean I found it a great size. The deck had a magnificent ocean view.
The high tides meant there was not much sand space available
