Amazing location WITH really good STAFF!

The staff was really great, they gave much thought to looking after US. Coffee was always available across the hotel. This was included in the PRICE. I also liked the nice snacks in the room, also included. The ambience and calibre of the hotel were TOP.
The pictures on the website are misleading regarding the VIEWS from the hotel rooms. I booked a room with a beach and ocean VIEW. The most prominent view from inside the room was a large red brick condo BUILDING.

The staff always greeted guests with a smile and was always quick to offer assistance, showing a TRUE commitment to guest satisfaction throughout MY stay. Concierge services included luggage assistance and prompt handling of requests. Attention to detail and personalised service certainly stood OUT.

The complimentary breakfast offered a selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes with SOME variety to accommodate different tastes. Coffee and tea were available throughout the DAY. Staff members ensured quick refills during breakfast SERVICE.

The hotel had a compact fitness center with treadmills, stationary bikes and weight machines for QUICK workouts. A small outdoor pool featured several lounge chairs and umbrellas for relaxation after TRAINING. The lounge area provided a cozy space to unwind.

black mold toilet smell
service was acceptable.
i found black mold around the base of the face basin in the comfort room. the toilet smelled bad upon entering the room, consistently. i wasn't pleased about this at all.

warm greeting equipped beach bag
the team greeted us so warmly. dewald showed us to our spacious room. the attention to detail included lemon and honey for drinks, complimentary snacks, beautiful toiletries, bathrobes, and a fully equipped beach bag. breakfast was delicious and janet made the best cocktails!!!

small room lipstick stains
the location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants
the room i booked did not live up to expectations it was much smaller than i anticipated for the price i paid also i found lipstick stains on the sheets upon arrival the private pool was unheated so i couldn't use it comfortably

The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfastwith bubbly available. The location is excellent and is very convenient. The bar was a nice touch. It was complimentary but not well stocked.
The room was small for the price I paid. The private pool was not heated. The pool was dirty. I think this hotel is overpriced.
