The staff are friendly, and always ready to assist with any request (I found this particularly charming). The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The furniture and interior were modern and stylish. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were high-quality. Housekeeping kept the room super clean daily.
The breakfast was diverse and delicious, but sometimes ingredients were not very fresh.

The staff was very attentive to every guest and always cheerful. They were responsive to all requests and provided a fast service. I experienced really good hospitality and care .

the rooms had large spaces with comfortable beds, they provides restful sleep. the bathroom, were spacious and had modern fixtures, i liked that very much. daily housekeeping services ensured the room remains clean and tidy. special thanks to the efficient staff for their attentive service during my birthday celebration.
the pool area were somewhat overcrowded, this made difficult to find a vacant lounger during the peak hours. the noise level was a bit high too.

my superior king suite balcony included a separate sitting area with plush sofas. the room had a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary beverages. blackout curtains ensured total darkness for sleeping and the in-room safe was easy to use.

the hotel is near several local restaurants. the access to the beach is easy and the area is secure. i saw that taxis were readily available outside the main entrance. the hotel provide regular shuttle service to nearby attractions.

the breakfast was good, with lots of options available. the pools are large and clean, but i saw some slides were not fully functional . also, the beach is nice, with several sports activities to entertain kids during the day.
Customer service was disappointing. I felt it did not meet 5-star standards. the staff was uncoordinated and unfriendly on arrival. i asked for body lotion and received a tiny bottle only. i also found out cutlery and glasses are chargeable in the room.
