My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While it is located right on the beach and offers a spacious layout, the hidden fees and poor customer service overshadowed the positives. I was shocked by the room condition and the lack of housekeeping. The experience was not worth the high price we paid, and I would not recommend it.
