spacious rooms fantastic spa available car services

the rooms are very spacious and clean. they feel quite luxurious! the facilities included a fantastic spa, a pool, a games room, restaurants, and a gym. car services were available for trips into the area. i was able to use them to tour around.

breakfast included continental choices and south indian options, quite nice. the in-room dining staff delivered food quickly at all times, and the food tasted great, showing a high level of attentiveness.

unhelpful staff unprofessional behavior

the buggy service within the hotel was great. access to eden beach is very convenient.

I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful. The girl who checked me in seemed to lie about everything i asked. i ordered a taxi to go to chennai and she kept saying it had not come. actually, it had arrived 30 minutes earlier. this unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.
