i found the team at the cafe and bar to be great! they were always friendly and quick. the room was spacious and clean! sitting on the balcony in the evening was super relaxing. the food portions were huge!!!
the bed was not comfortable at all. it had a spring mattress. i could feel pain in my back. moisturizer was not provided in the washroom. also, the room tariff felt a bit high.

the location was convenient. i was able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. the room was clean. the staff was friendly and mostly helpful .
the bed was not very comfortable. i found the mattress to be quite hard. the pool had limited hours. it opened at 9am, a bit late for a morning swim. the breakfast lacked variety. i noticed the same options every day.

the hotel has a breakfast buffet with many indian options. the restaurant food was good and had genuine pricing. i did not need to search for other places to eat.
The check-in service was slow. i think this could be improved . It took a little too long to get settled.

The hotel provided direct access to the beach. The support staff seemed helpful and polite. I appreciated that I could save these hotel details in case I visit again. It reminded me of true value for money.
The breakfast menu felt limited. There were no fresh juices or cut fruits available. Water was also missing during breakfast. I feel that this is a detail they should improve.
