Really good Stay

amazing variety clean room polite staff

The breakfast offered an amazing variety. I found the room very very comfy and tidy. Staff members were consistently nice and polite throughout the stay.

The pool area had limited sun exposure, somewhat disappointing. Getting towels required a self-service approach, lacking the personalized touch expected. A salon was absent, an unexpected omission for a hotel of this caliber.

The mini suite lounge access included comfortable beds and strong air conditioning. Nice toiletries were provided. The room equipment met all necessary requirements .

The front desk staff were responsive, especially Ari. Rurhama and Galith provided great assistance with bookings and attentive care. Shira at the reception desk was helpful.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. my room had a second shower room. It was very useful. the location of this place is definitely a plus.

i encountered frosted glass in the bathroom wall so light went into the bedroom. the staff seemed nice but very slow. the pool was almost entirely in the shade, that was unfortunate.
