check-in was smooth.. the receptionist offered immediate assistance with luggage. the room featured crisp linens plus ample storage. breakfast impressed me due to many choices of fresh fruit and hot items.

the elevator wait times were occasionally long during peak hours.

The location provides easy access to the tram stop, directly opposite the hotel. The rooms were clean. Staff members were friendly.

pleasant visit

convenient location friendly staff comfortable bed

the location was convenient and the staff members were very friendly. one member even checked if i needed anything in my room, which i appreciated. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower room was nice. good entertainment was available at night.

the lift held a maximum of two people, so it felt very claustrophobic. i found the room was small with a wardrobe that would not close properly.

The hotel offered a snack bar with reasonable prices. It was good for a light lunch. meals had something for everyone, although advertised as a four-course meal. It was unclear what the fourth course was. drinks at the downstairs bar seemed stronger than those upstairs.
