poor air conditioning chaotic breakfast

the location was acceptable, right on the beach and near restaurants.

The room had issues. The air conditioning struggled to keep it cool enough during the day. the breakfast service felt chaotic. Staff seemed overwhelmed. It seemed like a scramble to find a table each morning. This affected the experience negatively.

white sand swimming pools great food

I found the beach very clean, with powdery white sand, though the parking was expensive. the multiple swimming pools provided relaxing atmospheres. the food at the restaurants was great, and i found the breakfast quite good. Though the scrambled eggs were a little too runny.

the reception staff seemed unfriendly, and not very helpful, especially regarding directions.

i stayed in a premier room. the room was very clean and spacious. all required amenities were available in the room. the balcony overlooked the pool and was within easy reach of the beach.

the hotel is located directly on the beach. it is near many shops. the hotel offers organized transport to and from rayong. this transport made the journey very convenient.

i liked the location it is on sai kaew beach. the beach is good and a 5-minute walk to shops. the resort stands out with cleanliness in the rooms and hotel.

the breakfast could be better because i expect more options.
