I appreciated the ease of access to the beach using the stairs. The outdoor seating areas with fire pits created a cozy atmosphere. breakfast was simple but acceptable. It offered a quick start to the day.
My room got a lot of noise. I heard footsteps from people above which was really awful.

The hotel sits high providing magical ocean views and stair access to the beach. i loved experiencing the sunrises and sunsets. The location is amazing for those moments. pismo pier is within walking distance. It is worth a stroll.

Staff members were helpful. They addressed my inquiries with patience. check-in was fast. I quickly got my room key and headed there. there is complimentary parking available. I did not have to worry about it.

The hotel offers beach games. These are nice for family entertainment. there are fire pits for evening gatherings. This offers a relaxing area . i liked the adults-only spa. It was very calming.

the stairs offered direct beach access. multiple seating areas allowed views of the ocean. happy hour included tasty snacks. rooms were very clean.
during my stay, i observed maintenance staff working outside my room at night. they returned early the next morning and were very loud. they entered the room without knocking.

A Romantic Getaway!

I adored the fresh cookies available. It seems the room was recently remodeled and featured a lovely bathroom. It also has balcony, I like it.
I was not informed during check-in that housekeeping services requires advance request. When this was clarified, my bed was not actually done. It is confusing.
