quiet room helpful staff beach access

the hotel location was amazing. i could walk right onto the beach. the staff were very helpful (especially with directions). my room was clean, quiet, and well kept.

the gym could get crowded during peak hours.

inconsistent housekeeping algae issue

The location is great, offering easy access to the beach..

I found the housekeeping inconsistent . The room was not cleaned on multiple occasions. the shower head had visible algae. It certainly detracted from what I expect at this price point.

Wonderful stay!

living room efficient concierge great pool

I enjoyed the music played in the living room style lobby area. It set a nice mood. The pool was great, and I liked that it was right next to the beach. I found the concierge to be efficient and knowledgeable, helpful in planning my outings.

The valet parking was a little slow at times, and I had to wait longer than expected for my car. Other than that the experience was perfect.

The room featured super comfy beds with great amenities. EVERYTHING I could wish for was available. The room was big with a spacious bathroom. It had plenty of space for luggage. The design incorporated a charming beach theme.

The location was PERFECT! The hotel is near the beach and some other famous places. The hotel offered complimentary use of bikes, which I rode down to Venice Beach. The pier was a short walk away.

The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I found the equipment well maintained. The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section. I appreciate the hotel car offering free rides less than three miles.

The staff members were professional and kind. They went out of their way to. The white-haired gentleman was the BEST waiter I have had in years. I noticed attentiveness at every level. The service was prompt and efficient.
