I was really disappointed with my stay. The location is fantastic, right by Lake Michigan, but it felt like the hotel was lost in time with its outdated decor and lack of cleanliness. The staff was unprofessional, and I encountered several unsanitary conditions that should've been addressed. Overall, it wasn't worth the price I paid.
