I enjoyed the beachfront location. It offered convenient access to the beach. I also found the rooms to be of a great size and the bed large (which was really appreciated after a long day of travel).

The bathroom looked a bit dated to me. Some furniture was tired (I believe an upgrade would be beneficial).

I enjoyed the hotel's location right on dover beach. It was amazing. i found the room a good size, with a comfortable bathroom that featured plentiful hot water. the balcony had a sea view, it was really lovely.

The bar service was a bit slow sometimes. I waited longer than expected for a drink.

The staff was professional and helpful. cherry ann kept the room spotlessly clean. It was always a pleasure to return. june at the bar was always happy to refill water bottles, which i appreciated! michaela was serving drinks around the pool, she always had a smile.

The room offered a great homely feel. I found it very comfortable. The hotel enjoys an excellent location directly on a gorgeous beach. Shops, bars, and restaurants are within a short walking distance. I found the staff consistently friendly and cute.

The charges for the safe felt unusual. Given the overall cost, I think this should be included automatically.

Staff members were very professional and was to take their jobs seriously, this ensured a smooth and efficient experience. Some employees could improve by smiling more and appearing relaxed. It would enhance the atmosphere. I found the team helpful.

The suite offered amazing views from the balcony, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere. I spent time watching the turtles in the sea from my room 242, nice. The suite included all necessary amenities.

The gym provided access to necessary fitness equipment including treadmills and weights. It facilitated my workout routine. I enjoyed the convenience of walking directly onto the beachwith plenty of loungers. The hotel featured a mini golf.

The location is on a beautiful beach. I also found friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk (i appreciated their efficiency).

I was disappointed that the room felt a little dark. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the bath filled up when i showered. The noise from the road outside kept me awake. I heard cars speeding, beeping, and music all night.
