overwhelmed staff inaccurate order

The location was decent. It was only a block from the beach.

The breakfast experience was frustrating. The food arrived haphazardly, some never came, and much of it was either incorrect or cold. it seemed the staff was overwhelmed, and i ultimately got breakfast elsewhere.

wow, just wow!

large room organic products

The room was huge, i mean really huge! it came with a washing machine, so handy for travel. even organic bathroom products were provided. What a treat! the minibar was surprisingly well-priced. I actually used it.

The air conditioning was kinda loud. I had to fiddle with it to stop it blowing right at me. it was a bit too warm to turn it off completely. it was a small issue though. Everything else was great!

The hotel has a nice pool with long opening hours. It was mostly empty. the location is convenient, close to the beach with a supermarket right across the street. i saw the dragon bridge and market about 20 minutes walking distance.

The staff were amazingly friendly. mike offered very nice help. It made a huge difference! i felt so welcome. Their help was excellent. I really appreciated their support and great attitude.

the room was modern, very clean and spacious. it had all the necessary facilities including a washing machine. the bed was comfortable! the bathroom was really good, i just loved it.

The location was perfect. Many nice restaurants were close! it was also very close to a beautiful beach. everything was within easy reach. It made exploring so easy and enjoyable, what more could one ask for.
