i found the staff very friendly. the hotel has excellent pools. the breakfast and dinner were great with a huge variety of choices. it was a fantastic stay!!!

The staff welcomed me warmly. They assisted me throughout my stay. The villa was very close to the beach. It made access easy. The food choices were ample. I always found something delicious to eat. The attention to detail from the team, including Mr Khaled, created a great experience.
I noticed limited loungers near the pools. Finding poolside seating was a bit challenging at times. The poolside bar offered ample seating options, though.

The main restaurant offered international and Tunisian dishes. I found several entrées, main courses, and desserts available. Fresh fish, shrimp, and fruits such as pomegranate were offered daily.

The resort provided easy beach access. I enjoyed walking and running along the shore. The access to the beach took just a few minutes. It made for a real pleasure.

The villa was very comfortable. It featured a cosy carpet, paintings, and a terrace. Dressing spaces allowed organized clothes. Cleaning occurred daily, and towels were changed regularly.

The architecture was nice with soothing color schemes. gardens were heavenly. the beach was excellent. The pools were also great. the facilities were good. I appreciate the maintenance.
The food presentation was appealing. the taste did not meet expectations. there is clear potential for improvement from the kitchen, though. the head waitress reprimanded a staff member in front of guests. This created a tense atmosphere. a discreet approach would have been better!

The staff was always smiling and ready to assist, especially Khaled. Yusra welcomed us warmly and professionally, our check-in was smooth (I really appreciated that!). The bungalow was clean and well-appointed with fine views. Dining options were excellent with local dishes. Breakfast had plenty of choices.
Loungers next to the pools were sometimes hard to find. there were plenty of seating options in the poolside bar.

The villa was cosy with carpet and paintings. Cleaning occurred every day and towels were changed. The gardens smelt very good and they were maintained by a dedicated team.
The television in the room offered a limited selection of channels. The amenities were lacking and the food did not meet my expectations. The fruit was rotten and i was shocked

i really appreciated the staff's dedication. khaled contacted me before my arrival to ask about special needs. shatha greeted everyone with a smile. ghassan consistently checked on me to ensure i had everything i needed. i liked the architecture with its soothing color schemes and the heavenly gardens.

the staff offered a warm welcome and provided detailed information about the resort upon my arrival. they transported my luggage directly to my villa (it was aisle "bougainvillea"). the staff maintained a polite and helpful attitude .

the villa featured comfortable carpet, paintings, and a terrace (i stayed in villa 641). there were also dressing spaces for clothes. cleaning services were performed every day. fresh towels and toiletries were regularly provided.

the pools were a nice feature of the resort. everybody was very helpful.
i had some issues with the room. the shower didn't drain properly, a problem we reported (they offered another room, but it seemed pointless to move for just that). the air conditioning only worked in the bedroom (it was quite hot in the living area, especially at night).
