the villa was spacious, a definite plus for our family. the pool was clean and well kept. the kitchen staff accommodated our late-night request to recook our takeaway noodles, they even let us dine in the restaurant. the reception staff, particularly kim and thuan, offered really good assistance and demonstrated helpfulness.

The open shower and toilet area lacked privacy. Light streamed through the toilet window in the early morning. it affected sleep quality.

i spent five nights here and loved the experience. the room was very large. staff were available almost constantly, responding quickly to calls. receptionists gave useful advice about local dining and attractions. wifi signal was not strong, so it would be great if the resort could improve the connection. the staff, yen, hong, tram, and quan were particularly helpful.

The staff was attentive, particularly Yen, Quan, and Hoa at reception. They helped locate my lost money pocket and coordinated with security. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the grounds were spacious. My room was beautiful and clean thanks to the receptionists.
