the customer service was genuinely perfect! the location is a dream, right on the most beautiful beach (i mean, wow!). our suite felt spacious. i really appreciated how they easily organised a late check out room. i also, so wonderful.
if i have to pick on something, the wifi signal was a tiny bit weak in one corner of the garden. but honestly, who needs wifi in such a beautiful place?!
