The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Edip. The room included an amazing sea view and was nice and neat. The hotel location suited my needs, with only a short walk to the beach.

The hotel provided only one card for the room. It was quite limiting.

The hotel staff were very helpful, guiding me with directions and local tips. My room was kept clean daily, and I found the cleaning service efficient. The breakfast offered a decent variety, a satisfactory way to start the day (I especially liked the pastries).

The fridge in my room wasn't functioning, an inconvenience as I needed to keep some items cool. I had to ask the reception to store them for me.

The breakfast included a selection of fresh bread, cheeses, and olives, and the coffee machine consistently provided good quality beverages. Hot dishes like scrambled eggs and grilled vegetables were also available.

I GOT a complimentary upgrade to a panorama view room, and it WAS amazing (the duden waterfalls!). The room was clean thanks to Mrs Nurila. I appreciated her dedication. Breakfast had a good variety with a new soup daily, a wide selection, and even desserts.
