The staff was friendly and cute, they even gave refreshing fruity tea during check-in. My room was BEAUTIFUL, it had a modern bathroom with a great shower.

the Valet Parking was not available and I had to carry my luggage.

The room was magnificent and spacious. It offered fine views that felt straight out of a dream. The infinity pool was wonderful and perfectly heated, so every swim was relaxing. Grounds were beautiful, they were perfectly maintained, and every corner of the hotel (I mean every corner!) exuded luxury and comfort.

I had a minor inconvenience with the breakfast menu. I was asked to order, only to find that some items required separate payment. The promised discount was not applied, a bit disappointing after paying a substantial amount.

the reception staff greeted me with iced fruity tea during check-in they also provided a map detailing the resort and nearby locations. the hotel offers access to a parking lot shared with the beach entrance and a beach club entrance staff even handled my luggage and escorted me to my room.

Really good Service and Fine Views

My room was modern and clean. The hotel has a fine view on the top level (it made every breakfast special). The amenities were great and clearly thought through ' comfort.

The staff welcome felt a bit improvised. I felt judged every time I crossed the lobby. It gave me a bad aftertaste.
