Underwhelming stay. Some issues
allergen signsenglish speakers
i was really annoyed with the lack of english speakers. simple requests in the restaurants became a huge problem. also, the signs for allergens in the food were often wrong. this made dining difficult and frustrating, especially the communication problems.

The hotel grounds have lots of flowers and trees. I saw many tennis courses and water sports activities included. I also enjoyed the parties and animation.
I noticed that the public men's toilets did not lock properly. The toilet paper holders were questionable, and the roll often fell down.

The hotel grounds were gorgeous. The gardeners maintain the area very well. The food tasted amazing and offered a lot of variety each day. I found the staff very friendly. Darya in guest service was especially positive and helpful to my kids.
