a nice experience!

amazing food evening events clean space great plan

the food was AMAZING!!! breakfast and dinner were so varied, with offerings that felt amazing. there was plenty of space to chill, with very good evening events and super tidy. i found the premises planned and prepared to be top notch.

they offered a different room. i had paid for a superior triple room with a sea view and balcony. instead i got a room without a balcony, so i could not benefit from the sea view.

this is a beautiful resort with a private beach, great for in house activities. the beach and sea felt well planned, giving guests plenty of space. there were enough loungers, even later in the day.

The staff were kind. I especially enjoyed interacting with those at the bar and the main restaurant. i encountered only smiling faces. carla from the dance team stood out as she created a fun and lively environment .

A slight inconvenience was the occasional bad smell around the pool area. It did detract a bit from enjoying the otherwise pristine surroundings.

The food was AMAZING!!! such great quality and the variety was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. i made sure i experienced a lot of new cuisines. hasan at the beach bar always made us smile.

The gym became part of my daily routine. I found it very well kept and clean. there were fitness classes that i joined. taryn, jason, paula and laura welcomed everyone.

I was a little disappointed. the food variety decreased significantly during the last two days of my stay, a big letdown. also, the promised beach towels were often unavailable after 4 pm, a minor inconvenience, but still annoying... the hotel really needs to improve towel management! the staff was polite, but sometimes slow. The wifi was also slow.

The hotel grounds showcase meticulous care with an ocean front I adored. I found the views from the reception lovely. Bookable restaurants became such a treat. The views and food was so good. Staff showed attentiveness, friendliness, and they were very helpful.

The room initially assigned was in the "basement" with a so-called balcony. It was more like an exit accessible only by a high step with no boundary. It was quite inconvenient.

The buffet offers a large variety of meals. Lunch at the beach restaurant was one of my favorite times. The experience was amazing thanks to special chef "tata" at the restaurant, who was always happy.

Rooms remain clean and present a good design that I appreciated. My superior double room contained thoughtful design elements. The housekeeping staff works tirelessly to ensure the rooms remains comfortable and inviting.

the hotel offered a lot of food options. food variety was enormous at the buffet. staff was also very friendly and helpful. i also found many places to take pictures at the hotel.

the room was not properly cleaned. there was hair in every corner of the room. linens were spotted . alcohol quality was not good at all.
