Fantastic Hotel Experience!
comfortable bed breakfast buffet airport transfer
My room was a Premium Double Room View with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet included many choices. The hotel arranged my airport transfer quickly. The staff was AMAZING!!!
The hotel did not replace the used personal items in my room. Tissue paper was missing. Conditioner was also not replaced.

mixed feelings about this stay
disappointing food patchy service
The rooftop restaurant had an amazing view but the food was disappointing. it was more style than substance. the service felt very patchy and slow. Some tables clearly received better service than others. i may stay again if in town, but i would probably choose a different restaurant.

Charming Stay in the Heart of it All
great location rooftop dining excellent service
The location could not have been better. It was an easy walk to many interesting sites. I really appreciated the rooftop dining area. Rita and the rest of the front desk team provided excellent service.
The hotel took a €150 deposit upon my arrival, but the purpose was not clearly explained. The deposit was not immediately returned at checkout. I am still awaiting the refund even after a week.

The hotel features a gym , and a small steam room is available next to it. Guests need to provide 15 minutes notice to allow the steam room to warm up. Valet parking is offered , and it made arrival and departure convenient.

Breakfast included an extensive buffet with many options. The rooftop restaurant provides views of Etna. The restaurant served breakfast and dinner , but dinner bookings are recommended. The service was patchy at dinner , but the rooftop breakfast was worth the extra charge.

The hotel is located on a pedestrian zone near main attractions. It is easy to reach the duomo and the fish market. The location provides convenient access to restaurants , shops and the Market Fera O'Luni.

Awesome Hotel in Great Spot
early room friendly staff comfy bed rooftop restaurant
the hotel provide a early room since i were tired. staff speaked excelent english, they was also very nice. our room have plenty space and the bed was comfy. i got discount at the roof top restaurant and prosecco, that was so good.
the gym only have small steam room, it take long time to warm up.
